Stuart Duplock has a long-standing career and impressive track record in property development and property investment in Australia, spanning luxury residential, commercial, retail, industrial and tourism sectors, with a previously held senior role at ASX-listed Cedar Wood Properties.
Since the 2000s, Stuart has overseen the development of over AU$1 billion of real estate in most mainland states of Australia including tourism properties with Perth-based developers Hawaiian, a major refurbishment of the iconic Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa in Broome, prestigious retail assets such as the Claremont Quarter in Perth and substantial office redevelopments such as 50 Pitt Street in Sydney.
At Cedar Wood Properties he oversaw the development of master-planned residential communities, investing over AU$100 million in substantial landholdings in Western Australia with over 5,000 lots of development potential.
Prior to his property career, Stuart held corporate advisory roles in Australia and the UK with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, specifically transaction structuring, due diligence and risk assessment, with tenures at Deloitte and PWC.
Stuart brings an immense wealth of experience in property development, strategy and vision to Mayfair Iconic Properties, with a demonstrated track record in building teams that deliver superior outcomes across the business objectives .
